At Betway, part of the NYSE-listed Super Group, we’re looking for a Retentions Specialist to develop and execute innovative retention campaigns for our South African casino customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the customer retention lifecycle calendar, delivering relevant, localised, and engaging campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative promotions aimed at increasing retention, activity, and customer value.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Build customer segmentation and personalisation strategies that enhance the player experience.
- Measure campaign performance, generate insights, and implement learnings to improve future activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively market products and key platform features to targeted audiences.
- Support the continuous improvement of the customer journey and retention experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Marketing degree or relevant qualification/experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within sports betting, casino, gaming, or a related digital industry.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
