KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Drive business growth and retail performance
✔️ Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
✔️ Ensure operational excellence and compliance
✔️ Manage non-performing retailers and support business development initiatives
✔️ Oversee SHEQ standards and site operational requirements
✔️ Execute loyalty programmes and marketing initiatives
QUALITY CONTROL:
▪️ Ensure adherence to operational standards
▪️ Conduct customer service training
▪️ Ensure compliance with brand standards
MAINTENANCE:
▪️ Coordinate and report site maintenance requirements
▪️ Maintain records of pump & tank layouts
▪️ Verify and maintain asset records
MARKETING:
▪️ Execute marketing campaigns at site level
▪️ Ensure retailer participation and compliance
CREDIT POLICY COMPLIANCE:
▪️ Manage retailer credit risk
CONTRACT RENEWALS:
▪️ Renew contracts and agreements in line with financial criteria
▪️ Submit proposed deal structures for approval
ADMIN:
▪️ Monthly submission of all required paperwork to admin support
REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ 3+ years retail experience, preferably in the fuel sector
✔️ Experience managing multi-site operations
✔️ Strong people management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔️ Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
✔️ Relationship-building skills
✔️ Health, Safety & Environmental awareness
