Are you a dynamic retail professional with experience in multi-site operations and a passion for driving business performance? Our client within the fuel retail sector is looking for a results-driven Retail Territory Manager to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
âœ”ï¸ Drive business growth and retail performance
âœ”ï¸ Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
âœ”ï¸ Ensure operational excellence and compliance
âœ”ï¸ Manage non-performing retailers and support business development initiatives
âœ”ï¸ Oversee SHEQ standards and site operational requirements
âœ”ï¸ Execute loyalty programmes and marketing initiatives
🔹 QUALITY CONTROL:
â–ªï¸ Ensure adherence to operational standards
â–ªï¸ Conduct customer service training
â–ªï¸ Ensure compliance with brand standards
🔹 MAINTENANCE:
â–ªï¸ Coordinate and report site maintenance requirements
â–ªï¸ Maintain records of pump & tank layouts
â–ªï¸ Verify and maintain asset records
🔹 MARKETING:
â–ªï¸ Execute marketing campaigns at site level
â–ªï¸ Ensure retailer participation and compliance
🔹 CREDIT POLICY COMPLIANCE:
â–ªï¸ Manage retailer credit risk
🔹 CONTRACT RENEWALS:
â–ªï¸ Renew contracts and agreements in line with financial criteria
â–ªï¸ Submit proposed deal structures for approval
🔹 ADMIN:
â–ªï¸ Monthly submission of all required paperwork to admin support
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
âœ”ï¸ 3+ years retail experience, preferably in the fuel sector
âœ”ï¸ Experience managing multi-site operations
âœ”ï¸ Strong people management skills
âœ”ï¸ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
âœ”ï¸ Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
âœ”ï¸ Relationship-building skills
âœ”ï¸ Health, Safety & Environmental awareness
