Clothing Junction is excited to announce that there is a new store opening in Prieska and will be looking for a Team Leader to lead this new store.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, motivating and empowering the store team
- Driving a strong sales culture and consistently exceeding targets
- Implementing sales strategies, promotions and operational plans
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining a welcoming, well-organised and high-performing store
- Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth
- Managing store administration and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Ensuring visual merchandising displays are attractive, correctly priced and fully stocked, including promotional areas, mannequins and main tables
What We’re Looking For
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Previous management experience within a clothing retail store
- A proven track record in sales and employee management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Computer literacy, including MS Office
- A clear credit and criminal record

Pay: R35,00 – R35,01 per hour
