We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager tojoin our teamat Mambo’s Castle Gate, Erasmus Park Pretoria. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of shop assistants and store staff.
Drive sales growth through effectivepromotion, training, and coaching of shop assistants.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of store appearance,visual merchandising,inventory management, and lossprevention.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with internal and external operations, includinginventory management, front-end and back-end processes.
Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Excellentleadershipandcommunication skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwith multiple priorities.
Strongattention to detailandproblem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibilityto work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
