In this role, you’ll be key to delivering exceptional customer service and driving the success of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment, assisting customers with inquiries and product recommendations.
2. Sales Management: Drive sales initiatives and engage customers to promote and upsell bakery products.
3. Merchandising: Oversee attractive displays, proper labeling, and ensure products are well-stocked.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise about our offerings to effectively guide customers.
5. Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized sales area while adhering to health regulations.
6. Team Leadership: Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a retail or bakery management role.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
