Our client in the food retail industry is seeking experienced x2 to lead high-performing teams in . This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence, team management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
:
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Manage and develop staff
Drive sales performance
Ensure food safety and compliance with labour regulations
:
✔Matric
✔ 3+ years’ experience in retail & staff management (food/grocery preferred)
✔ Valid driver’s license + own vehicle
✔ Lives near Barrydale or Strandfontein
✔ Flexible to work shifts, weekends & holidays
✔ IR knowledge and experience (disciplinary action, hearings, CCMA, etc.)
✔ Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Strong understanding of SA labour laws
✔ High level of accountability and integrity
