About Us:
We are a Korean supermarket seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our daily operations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our store’s performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality store standards.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment. You will be responsible for managing stock ordering, point of sale operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
– Order and manage stock levels, including perishable and non-perishable items
– Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes
– Manage point of sale operations, including handling customer transactions and resolving issues
– Implement visual merchandising and store displays to promote sales and enhance customer experience
– Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
– Maintain high-quality store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and security
– Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Collaborate with the buying team to ensure effective stock management and minimize waste
– Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in point of sale systems and inventory management software
– Knowledge of Korean culture and language is an asset
