Duties & Responsibilities
Drive strategic store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Monitor and maintain merchandise availability, pricing policies, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and manage inventory, contracts, and financial reports to support data-driven decisions.
Lead and manage staff performance, training, and development.
Oversee the implementation of security measures and risk management.
Promote cost-efficiency and contribute to the stores budget planning and expenditure control.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Education: Grade 12 / Matric.
Preferred: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in retail sales and/or marketing.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Skills:
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organisational abilities.
