We’re Hiring Dynamic Store Managers Across KZN & Eastern Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and seamless functioning and an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding Sales Turnover and
Gross Profit (GP) targets.
• Maintain outstanding store presentations and uphold high standards of visual merchandising and hygiene.
• Administer HR functions, including payroll submissions, leave management,
work hours, and staff scheduling.
• Manage all banking activities, including deposits and related financial
reconciliations.
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular stock ordering, inventory processing and controls to maintain optimum
stock levels.
• Manage and minimize store shrinkage, optimize stock flow to the sales floor,
and control consumables expenses.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a management role within the FMCG or retail sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of store KPIs.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Competence in stock management systems and retail operations.
Strong Trader Mentality

Qualification & Experience
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• 3 – 5 years FMCG Retail Management Experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Flexible and available to work retail hours as required
