TRENTON is looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and commercially driven Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores.

THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store.
You will be responsible for:
* Driving sales and consistently working towards store targets and KPIs
* Leading, motivating and developing your team
* Creating a positive, energetic, and performance-driven store culture
* Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
* Building strong relationships with regular and new customers
* Ensuring excellent product knowledge across all brands
* Coaching the team on selling skills, customer engagement, and product knowledge
* Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
* Managing stock levels, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
* Ensuring accurate stock control and assisting with stocktakes
* Managing POS, cash-up and daily store administration
* Managing staff schedules, attendance, and daily productivity
* Minimising stock losses and maintaining strong operational controls
* Ensuring promotions and marketing campaigns are correctly executed in-store
* Taking ownership of the store and identifying opportunities to grow the business

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Grade 12 / Matric
* Previous retail management experience
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills
* Strong administrative and organizational ability
* Good understanding of stock management and retail operations
* Professional presentation
* Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
