Retail Store Maintenance Project Manager Jobs in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal 4004 at WTT
Responsible for ensuring store environment, equipment and systems are maintained in optimal condition – thsi includes planning implementing manging maintenance activities to ensure the store operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilites;
Maintenance planning and execution – develop and implement maintenance plans for store facilities including communication plan with relevant stakeholders.
Budget Management – manage and control maintenance budget, ensuring cost effective solutions . Maintain accurate records of costs and isssues
Contractor Management – Source and negotiate with contractors for various maintenance tasks
Team Leadership – Lead, manage and train maintenance staff
Compliance and safety – ensure store adheres to all relevant safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience – must have at least 5 years experience and relevant technical qualification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8Â 000,00 – R10Â 000,00 per month
