Our client in the corporate gifting industry looking for a Retails Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Retail Sales Manager
· Report to our offices daily.
· Visit stores as per the daily store call cycle.
· Build relationships with the Head Office buyers
· Build relationships with store managers & merchandisers.
· Optimize product mix, sales and merchandising per store.
· Negotiate prime position, list new products.
· Achieve sales targets.
· Sales Analysis per store.
· Execute daily action plans & tasks.
· Ensure that orders are executed and delivered to the stores.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years’ experience SUPPLYING retail stores. (This is NOT a store manager position)
· Understanding the entire retail business of supplying stores.
· Experience supplying:
Spar, PNA, Dis-Chem, Pick n Pay, Waltons
Toy Kingdom, Toy Zone, Shoprite, Game, Makro
· Strong computer system skills, Admin, and organizational skills.
· Confident, self-motivated, sales driven, initiative.
· Successful sales track record.
· Own reliable transport
