Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to close sales efficiently. This role involves generating leads, following up on prospects, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities
Contact potential customers in person
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
Matric/High school diploma or equivalent ( NQF Level 4 )
