Beacon Gardens is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Lambert’s location in Centerville.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable taking initiative, and can work independently during many shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Assisting customers with purchases and general plant questions
- Operating the register and handling transactions
- Basic plant care and maintaining displays
- Restocking and organizing merchandise
- Receiving and managing inventory
- Keeping the retail area clean, organized, and well stocked
- Working independently and taking initiative as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Good organization and inventory management skills
- Interest in plants and gardening is a plus
- 2+ years of retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability is required
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
