Requirements:
- 5+ years retail management experience
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Proven sales and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to work retail hours – weekends and public holidays
Retail Sales Consultant and help create memorable shopping experiences
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years retail experience
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Well-presented and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to work retail hours – weekends and public holidays
Key Holders to support daily store operations.
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years retail experience
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Flexible to work retail hours – weekends and public holidays
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- Previous retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
- Experience working with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable transport to and from Franschhoek
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
