Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager, based in the City of Johannesburg. The Retail Operations Manager will oversee and optimize store operations, ensuring high performance in areas such as customer service, the daily management of retail locations, and maintaining operational standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, enhancing retail efficiency, mentoring store management teams, and ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Retail Operations and Store Management
- Proficient in Operations Management with well-developed Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and foster positive customer experiences
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not necessary to apply
- Experience in the retail or property management industry is a strong advantage
