We’re looking for a strong Retail Operations Manager to join the Cash Crusaders Coastal team in KZN.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll oversee 10–15 stores, working closely with franchisees to drive performance, standards, and profitability.
We need someone who can lead from the front, someone who’s sharp on the numbers, strong with people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in where needed.
What you bring to the table:
✔️ 5+ years’ retail ops or franchise experience
✔️ Comfortable with management accounts, KPIs, and EBITDA
✔️ Solid leadership and coaching skills
✔️ Own reliable transport (this role involves a lot of travel)
✔️ Based in KZN (or willing to relocate)
