This is an entry level position designed for someone who enjoys customer service and wants to grow into a full time Sales Professional. You’ll spend most of your time supporting our retail showroom, assisting customers with water care products and accessories, while learning our sales process through hands on training and mentorship.

What you do:
Retail Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in store experience.
- Assist customers with water testing and recommend appropriate water care products.
- Help customers select accessories, parts, and maintenance items.
- Operate the point of sale system and process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain a clean, organized showroom.
- Receive inventory and assist with merchandising displays.
- Answer phones and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Learn our products so you can confidently educate customers.
Sales Training Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced Sales Professionals throughout the sales process.
- Learn how to qualify customers and understand their lifestyle and wellness goals.
- Assist with showroom tours and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customer inquiries under the guidance of a mentor.
- Learn financing options, product features, and sales systems.
- Gradually take on more sales responsibilities as your confidence and product knowledge grow.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Pay and Benefits:
Base hourly rate plus commissions, ranging from $20-$30/hr
