We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Retail sales assistant to join our team. As a retail sales assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on products and services to meet their needs.
Sales: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, offering recommendations, and upselling products where appropriate.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and availability.
Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage customer payments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
Passed Matric gr12/NQFLV4-Above.
