Position Overview
247 Pro Restoration is seeking reliable, motivated, and hands-on Restoration Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will work directly in homes and businesses impacted by water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. This is a physically active position that involves demolition, debris removal, equipment operation, and basic plumbing disconnections. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold damage
- Perform cleanup, structural drying, mold remediation, and minor demolition/repairs
- Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers)
- Document job progress and ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- At least 1 year of experience in mold remediation
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
