About Us:
We are a luxury retirement resort catering to discerning residents and guests. Our operations run from Monday to Sunday, with occasional night functions requiringflexibilityandprofessionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat residents and guests withprofessionalismand warmth.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and capture on point of sale promptly for the kitchen.
Serve meals and beverages efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
Room service & assisting with delivery preparation.
Monitor tables to ensure all guests’ needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering tohealth and safety standards.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables for meals and events, including occasional evening functions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry.
Barista training or experience is a plus.
Contactable references are essential.
Availability to workflexible hourswhen required, including evenings.
