We're Hiring: Restaurant Skills Trainer
Do you have a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Skills Trainer to join our team and help create confident, capable restaurant teams through hands-on coaching, practical training, and consistent implementation of brand standards.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging in-store training and coaching.
- Ensure all training aligns with company SOPs and brand standards.
- Support restaurant managers to improve team performance.
- Assess employee skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Identify training needs and implement development plans.
- Champion continuous learning and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
- Train-the-Trainer qualification. (preferred)
- 1–2 years' restaurant operations experience.
- Hospitality industry experience (3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and one additional official language relevant to your region.

Salary: R25 000 to R 30 000 CTC
Location: Durban preferred
