Position Details:
Grade 12 qualification required; a tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Teach new hires how to take orders from customers.
Operate the register.
Prepare and wrap food.
Distribute food to customers accurately.
Demonstrate best practices and meet requirements as new staff learn the ropes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
