We are looking for a strong, young and vibrant South African BEE – RESTAURANT MANAGER, & FOH Mgrs – min 5 years Restaurant management experience
V&A Waterfront (25-35 years old ideal)
Must have own transport
Be able to manage a busy 250 seater restaurant, including long service staff
We need someone strong all round
Criminal references and debt reviews will be done, please state if you have any records against you
