We are recruiting for Restaurant General Manager Pretoria Gauteng
Purpose of position:
Plan and direct fast food restaurant operation whilst maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety. Ensuring efficient and profitable business performance and optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Requirement: Minimum 5 years management ( LARC qualification Certificate) experience in fast food industry with in depth working knowledge of fast food preparation. Solid knowledge of basic accounting, planning and forecasting which includes inventory/cost control. Computer literacy.
