Previous experience in a share block setup would be great!
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or management (Advantageous)
Good communication skills
Knowledge of HR (ESS)
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Must be a leader and team player
SHEQ experience
Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:
Staff Development and Training
Operations Management Experience (Front Office (Vento/ HotelTime) / Housekeeping/ Maintenance/ Recreation)
Security Management
Logistics Management
Financial Management and Budgeting (Oracle)
Project Management
Good General Management Experience
Implement Trends in the Hospitality Industry
Report work (Weekly reports, Monthly reports)
Month End Tasks (Fleet management/ Incident Reports/ Stock Takes or Control)
