What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and piping
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer inspections
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
- Follow our established price book and accurately present pricing
- Complete invoices, estimates, photos, and job notes in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Communicate with the office when a job changes scope or takes longer than expected
- Provide a professional, five-star customer experience
What We Expect
We’re looking for a plumber who can work independently while still following company procedures.
Our non-negotiables are simple:
- Be dependable and ready to work at your scheduled start time
- Work with purpose and manage your time efficiently
- Read and understand price-book descriptions before presenting pricing
- Do not make up, modify, or discount pricing without authorization
- Communicate when you’re running behind or a job isn’t going as expected
- Complete all required ServiceTitan documentation before closing a job
- Test your work and leave the customer’s home clean
- Be coachable and take ownership when mistakes happen
We don’t expect anyone to be perfect, and we don’t expect technicians to rush or cut corners. We do expect communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Residential service plumbing experience required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to diagnose plumbing problems independently
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
