A Social Housing Landlord in existence for almost 30 years is looking to appoint a Marketing leader to take control of strategy and ensure the portfolio remains top of mind and fully leased.
Boasting over 31 buildings within the fast-paced Johannesburg inner-city, our client has internalised property management and prioritises tenant satisfaction and community engagement. They have created a new role which will lay the marketing & conceptual foundation to achieve brand recognition within the city to remain a landlord of choice.
This role is responsible for conceiving of and proposing on-line, on-site or community initiatives which will drive occupancy on each development. Presenting ideas with detailed feasibilities to the board, running approved projects, and then reporting on their success and conversion rates once complete forms the backbone of this role. With the support of a lettings manager, leasing consultants, and an administrator reporting directly to you, your role takes ultimate responsibility for keeping the portfolio optimally leased.
Inheriting a fairly blank canvas, this role specifically suits an analytical but creative individual who has:
High literacy in Excel
Ability to interpret & present tracking data
Marketing Project Management experience
An NQF level 7 in Sales/Marketing or any equivalent
8-10 years in Sales Marketing
2-3 years in team management
Ideally residential leasing exposure
Comprehension of digital marketing campaigns
As you will be presenting your ideas and feedback at board level, only assertive self-starters who possess exceptional communication skills need apply.
