Position: Resident Engineer / Construction Manager

A position has become available in the Free State (Reitz area), for a qualified Resident Engineer / Construction Manager. 12-months fixed term contract, with potential extension. Requirements:
Grade 12
Proven experience:
10+ years in construction management Experience in water and sanitation projects, reservoirs, water retaining structures, water pipelines, and pump stations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng. or
B.Sc. Eng) OR Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering (B.Tech.
Eng) in a relevant discipline OR Diploma in Engineering (B.Techni.
Eng.) in a relevant discipline with appropriate experience Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP Labour Intensive Construction NQF level 5 or 7 Â Â Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the overseeing and managing of construction projects Ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets Managing high-quality infrastructure projects PLEASE NOTE : Â Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
