Patriot Holdings is a US-based private equity firm on the hunt for commercial real estate — starting with mobile home parks. We’ve got the tools. You bring the instincts and structure to help us qualify the best leads, fast.
About the Role:
You’ll focus on verifying and qualifying incoming leads through research and occasional outreach — with a strong understanding of how deals work in real estate. You must be confident speaking to property owners if needed, but your primary focus is getting the data right.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Researching mobile home parks and identifying decision-makers
Qualifying properties based on pad count, ownership type, and location
Organizing leads in our CRM
Supporting outreach with accurate, contextual data
Occasionally reaching out via email or text to verify info
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in research, outreach, business development, and CRM systems is essential
Previous experience in cold calling or lead outreach (light calling only)
Fluent English with excellent communication skills
Able to learn tools quickly (Reonomy, TitlePro, etc.)
Detail-obsessed, fast learner, and organized
Availability from 5PM–1AM SAST
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary: ~R28,000/month (USD $1,500)
Performance incentives available for high-quality leads that result in acquisitions
