Key Responsibilities

Ensure all client terms and necessary documentation are received before processing reports.

Review surveying reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal KPIs.

Identify reports requiring revisions and collaborate with surveyors to uphold quality standards.

Finalise and issue reports to clients promptly and professionally.

Manage client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.

Act as an escalation point for client concerns, liaising with surveyors and management to resolve issues efficiently.

Participate in weekly surveyor meetings via Microsoft Teams to align on best practices and updates.

Continuously refine administrative processes and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Research and implement new surveying tools and software to optimise workflow.
