We're growing our team.
We are looking for a Rentals Agent to join our company. We are based in Parow but operate all over the peninsula
This is a role for someone who takes property seriously and who understands that good outcomes come from preparation, clear communication, and doing the basics properly, every time.
What the role involves:
* Sourcing new rental stock and securing mandates from landlords
* Listing properties, arranging promo photography, and drawing up ads
* Setting up and conducting viewings
* Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and onsite visits as needed
* Working closely with an established team, our back office handles the rental management, so you can focus on building the portfolio.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in property rentals, including sourcing stock and securing mandates
* Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, honest, and comfortable working independently
* A helpful, people-first approach, our clients notice the difference
* PPRA registration (or actively working towards it)
* Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
* Based within 15km of Parow
