Job Description
Reception and attending to clients at front desk
Dealing with enquiries and bookings
Invoicing
Reporting to branch manager
Dealing with client problems
General Administration
Minimum Requirements
Must have matric
Further qualifications advantageous
Computer skills – Word, Excel and Internet use
Ability to speak, read and write English and Afrikaans
At least 10 years working experience
Excellent communication skills
Positive and pleasant attitude
Must be able to show utmost respect for all people – clients and staff alike
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work very accurately
Driver license is a MUST.
Own reliable transport
At least 3 contactable references
No criminal record. Criminal record checks are done
Must be able to work some weekends and some public holidays
