Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Benefits & Remuneration Specialist based in Pretoria, with some work from homeflexibility. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing benefits and remuneration programs. Daily tasks include analyzing compensation data, preparing reports, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaboration with HR and other departments to maintain up-to-date compensation practices is key.

Qualifications

Benefits administration, including knowledge of employee benefits programs

10 years’ experience with remuneration systems and compensation analysis

Familiarity with HR practices and compliance regulations

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
