Why This Role Matters
We average 30–50 live transactions every month. Each one can blow up without warning—sellers change their minds, title pulls last-minute liens, attorneys jump in. Your mission is to spot issues early, keep everyone calm, and drive the file to a funded closing.
What You’ll Handle
Run every file from executed contract to funded deal
Track critical dates, chase docs, and push title companies to hit commitments
Negotiate payoffs, price adjustments, amendments, and extensions when needed
Keep sellers, buyers, lenders, and attorneys in the loop with proactive updates
Log clean notes and docs in InvestorFuse, Slack, Google Workspace, and e-sign platforms
Report daily on close rate, days-to-close, and fallout reasons
You’re A Fit If You
Speak and write flawless English and can defuse heated calls without breaking a sweat
Have hands-on transaction or title/escrow experience (U.S. market strongly preferred)
Juggle 30+ live files without dropping details
Think on your feet, find workarounds, and use tools like ChatGPT to move faster
Bring your own reliable gear: dual monitors, high-speed internet, headset
Work full U.S. business hours (roughly 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern) from South Africa or any comparable time-zone
Metrics That Matter
Close rate – percentage of signed contracts that fund
Days to close – keep timelines tight
Zero surprises – parties always know status before they ask
Pay and Perks
$7–$9 USD per hour (top of range for proven pros)
$50 USD bonus per funded file
Quarterly performance bonus tied to close rate and speed
Immediate start; six-week ramp to full autonomy with hands-on training
