Who We’re Hiring
Appointment Setters
You are the first point of contact.
You qualify inbound and outbound leads and book strong appointments for closers.

Closers
You take qualified calls and close deals.
- Run booked calls
- Handle objections
- Collect payments

What You’ll Be Selling
Professional Starlink satellite internet installations across the UK.
This is a high-ticket service with strong demand.
Customers come to us because they need reliable internet — which makes this a solution-driven sale, not a cold, pushy pitch.
Compensation Structure
We reward performance.
Setters:
- Competitive base salary for setters (paid monthly)
- $10 bonus per closed booked call (for setters)
- Clear pathway into closing roles for top setters
- Bonus structure for exceptional performance
Closers:
- Commission per deal
- $50–170+ per closed deal (for closers)
- Bonus structure for exceptional performance
Top performers scale fast.

Requirements
- Full-time availability (approx. 40–48 hours/week) – please only apply if you can commit to full time
- Available during UK daytime hours (8am – 8pm)
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Own a computer / laptop
- Quality headset
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, hungry, competitive, consistent
