Position: Remote Real Estate Closer
Location: Work From Anywhere
Salary: R22,167 – R23,000 per month (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing
Handling a daily flow of warm, inbound seller inquiries
Asking the right questions to understand motivations, urgency, and expectations
Positioning offers that make sense for both sides
Negotiating terms and pushing deals across the finish line
Keeping your CRM pipeline organized and updated
Managing multiple leads with sharp follow-up discipline
Meeting (and beating) your monthly close targets
Compensation
$7 USD per hour base
2% commission per deal closed
Monthly income range: R22,167 – R23,000
Sign-on bonus of R27,000 after 90 days
Annual earnings potential of $40,000+ (for consistent performers)
Who You Are
You have at least 1 year of experience in a closing role—real estate, high-ticket sales, or similar
You’re comfortable leading conversations and building trust quickly
You know how to ask direct questions, listen actively, and control the direction of a call
You’re self-motivated, consistent, and not afraid of targets
You’re organized, tech-savvy, and can manage a remote workflow
The Setup
Remote, full-time role
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
You’ll receive training, scripts, systems, and steady inbound leads from day one
No cold calling, no list building, no guessing what to do next
