Location: Remote (Full-Time)
Monthly Compensation: R22,167 – R23,000 (Base + Commission)

Want To Sell Now is expanding. We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment firm with a steady stream of inbound seller leads—homeowners actively reaching out, ready to talk, and open to offers. We need someone who can step in, take ownership of the sales process, and turn those conversations into contracts.
What You’ll Handle
Responding to inbound leads—no prospecting, no cold calls
Building rapport with homeowners and understanding their situation
Presenting clear solutions and negotiating property purchase terms
Using a proven call structure to drive conversations to a decision
Keeping your pipeline organized within our CRM
Following up consistently and closing multiple deals per month
What You’ll Earn
$7 USD/hour base pay
2% commission per closed deal
Monthly income in ZAR: R22,167 – R23,000
R27,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
Annual earning potential exceeding $40,000 USD for top performers
What You Need to Succeed
1+ year of experience in a closing or consultative sales role (real estate is a plus)
Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
Ability to listen, build trust quickly, and guide decisions
Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently
Tech-comfortable: you can navigate CRM tools and remote workflows with ease
Work Environment
100% remote
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
