🟢 Role Overview

Medi Launch runs paid advertising campaigns for medical spas across North America. Leads come in daily from active Facebook and Instagram campaigns. As a Patient Coordinator on the Medi Launch internal team, your job is to call those leads, answer basic questions about the clinic's services, and convert them into booked consultations with a collected deposit.

 

This is a warm lead environment. You are not cold calling. Every person you contact has already shown interest in a treatment. Your job is to move them from interested to booked.

 

🟢 What You Will Do

  • Call and text inbound leads generated from active Meta ad campaigns
  • Handle common questions about treatments such as Botox, body sculpting, RF microneedling, and other aesthetic services
  • Book leads into the clinic's calendar for a consultation
  • Collect a non-refundable deposit per confirmed appointment
  • Follow up with leads who did not answer on the first attempt
  • Log all activity and update lead statuses inside GoHighLevel (CRM)
  • Maintain daily communication with your manager

 

💰 Pay Structure & On Target Earnings

  • $1120 USD/mo | $7 USD Per Hour
  • Commission: + $5 per appointment booked with a deposit
  • Average agent books 5 appts per day working 24 working days = 120 appts booked
  • $600+ in total commissions +$1120 base pay in the month
  • Total On Target Earnings = $1720+

📆 Schedule (EST Time Zone)

AM Shift Option:

  • Monday – Friday: 9AM – 4PM
  • Saturday: 9AM-2PM

 

PM Shift Option:

  • Monday – Friday: 3PM – 10PM
  • Saturday: 2PM-7PM

Upon interviewing you'll select one or the other.

You Are a Strong Fit If You:

  • Speak clear, confident English
  • Are comfortable on the phone and natural in conversation
  • Follow systems without needing to reinvent them
  • Take feedback and adjust your approach quickly
  • Show up consistently, not just on good days
  • Have experience with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel
  • Have a background in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles

  • Need someone to manage every detail of your workflow
  • Are only available outside of North American business hours

 

🟢 Tools You Will Use

  • GoHighLevel: CRM for lead management, call logging, and pipeline tracking
  • Power Dialer: automatic sequential dialing system for high-volume lead follow-up
  • Slack: daily team communication and account manager check-ins
  • Google Sheets: performance tracking and reporting where applicable

 

🟢 Performance Expectations

The metrics that matter are:

  • Book 120+ deposit-confirmed appointments per month across our clinic partners
  • Make 150+ dials per day through our power dialer system
  • Target 5 booked appointments per day across an 7-hour shift
  • Call and engage inbound leads who signed up on our clients' ads, prioritizing the newest and most responsive leads first
  • Run structured follow-up sequences to recover leads who didn't book on the first call
  • Work outbound when needed to re-engage existing pipeline

 

Note: Compensation is tied directly to dialer activity. You must be active in the dialer during working hours to be compensated. If leads are not being called during your shift (outside of your 30-minute break), you will not be paid for that time.

  5. Offer: Strong candidates receive an offer quickly. You will receive your clinic assignment and begin onboarding within 5-7 days
