Job Summary:
We’re a fast-growing Canadian finance and powersports company hiring elite openers in South Africa who can confidently handle objections, and get documents collected for approval lightning fast — entirely remotely.
You’ll be working warm, inbound pre-approved leads. No cold calling. If you’ve worked auto, insurance, loans, or high-ticket sales before — this is your lane.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Call and follow up with pre-approved finance applicants (ATVs, boats, trailers, RVs)
Handle objections, confirm documents, and close the deal
Update CRM, pass to closers, and move to next
Work in Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Sheets
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 1–3+ years of experience in auto sales, insurance, or finance
Speak clear English with confidence and urgency
Are self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
Can close clients with no hand-holding
Have a laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and backup power
Are hungry for USD and ready to work hard
Compensation Structure:
$250–$500 USD (flat) per opened deal that closes- average 6-12/mth
No base salary – eat what you kill
Weekly payouts via Wise or Payoneer
Most openers earn $1100–$3,500+/mo
