Position: Remote Closer – Real Estate Deals, Real Results
Location: Anywhere with Wi-Fi
Monthly Compensation: R22,167 – R23,000 (Base + Commission)

The Mission
Think of this like a chess game. Every lead is a new board. Your job is to read the situation, predict the next moves, and guide the seller to a win that works for them—and for us.
Daily, you will:
Jump on scheduled calls with motivated homeowners
Decode their story, their motivation, and what’s standing in the way
Craft a custom offer that speaks directly to their situation
Navigate objections with empathy, not ego
Get agreements signed, clean, and into the next stage
Keep your CRM tight—because every detail counts
Follow up relentlessly until the deal is done
What’s in It for You
$7/hour base rate (USD)
2% commission on every deal you close
Monthly income: R22,167 – R23,000
R27,000 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days
Top closers earn $40,000+ USD annually

You’ve closed before (1+ year in high-ticket or real estate sales)

The Setup
Remote position, full-time
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
All the tools you need: CRM, lead system, training, scripts, and ongoing coaching
Zero cold calling. All leads are inbound and pre-qualified
