About the Role

As a Remote Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for our UK property teams. Working remotely during UK business hours, you'll proactively generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing while maintaining an organised sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and proactive prospecting.

• Qualify leads and book appointments for the UK sales team.

• Follow up inbound enquiries and dormant leads.

• Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors and estate agents.

• Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity.

• Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach where appropriate.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.

• Work towards agreed KPIs and business development targets.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured through outbound activity, meaningful conversations,

qualified appointments, CRM accuracy and consistent pipeline growth.

Typical daily expectations include:

• 80–120 outbound calls (full-time) / 40–60 (half-time)

• 3–4 hours productive talk time

• 4–6 qualified appointments booked per day

• Consistent CRM updates and follow-up activity

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or

inside sales.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• A confident and professional telephone manner.

• Strong objection-handling and communication skills.

• Experience using a CRM.

• A self-motivated, target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Bonus: Property or estate agency experience, LinkedIn outreach, recruitment or talent

attraction, and lead nurturing. Property experience is beneficial but not essential.
