About the Role:
Are you a practicing attorney in your home country with experience in U.S. law? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Attorney to join our team!
In this role, you’ll work directly with U.S. attorneys, assisting with drafting motions, managing case-related tasks, and ensuring legal documentation is handled with precision. Your expertise as a licensed attorney in your home country will be instrumental in providing valuable legal support. If you’re highly organized, an excellent communicator, and can work independently while meeting strict deadlines, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including motions, with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate case-related administrative tasks and maintain well-organized case files.
Communicate effectively with attorneys and team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide proactive legal support, anticipating attorneys’ needs and staying ahead of deadlines.
Work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative virtual environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
Must be a practicing attorney in your home country – legal expertise is essential!
U.S. legal experience is required (casework, drafting legal documents, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced legal setting.
Experience working remotely, with full availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) work hours.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
Technical Requirements:
A personal computer running Windows 10/11 or MacOS
Dual monitors for increased productivity
Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet only)
Noise-cancellation USB headset with microphone (No Bluetooth/wireless)
Internet speed: Minimum of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload
