We’re expanding fast across Canada and the U.S. and looking for Remote Appointment Setters to fuel that growth. You’ll start with a base salary of $400/month CAD, and with commissions, you can earn up to $3,000/month (paid weekly).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Make 120+ cold calls/day to commercial prospects
Book 2+ qualified demo appointments per day
Follow proven scripts and objection-handling techniques
Use our CRM (HubSpot) to track calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
Work closely with presenters to ensure booked meetings turn into deals
Show up every day ready to perform and improve

You’ve done outbound calling or appointment setting before
You’re confident, coachable, and thrive under pressure
You don’t need babysitting — you just need an opportunity to prove yourself
You have a quiet work environment, strong internet, and a good headset
You know how to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively
