Our client is a leading financial services provider requiring you to manage strategic business accounts across their business client base which includes the top tier banks and other financial services companies.
POSITION INFO :
Your responsibilities will include :
Serve as the first point of contact for all client requests as the main internal coordinator to ensure timeous and accurate feedback.
Escalate and guide Key Account Executives on managing any client sentiment-related issues to inform key account plans.
Reduce reliance on Operations to respond to and manage client expectations re these requests.
Work closely with the Key Account Executive in ensuring alignment to client engagements as per the account plans.
Identify and resolve process “bottlenecks”.
Identify opportunities to improve client ranking and make relevant recommendations.
Facilitate regular performance and sentiment engagements to ensure expected SLA adherence and rankings are met.
Give strategic inputs to KAMs on the underlying health and performance of select mandates to improve rankings outcomes.
Continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo to enhance performance outcomes within agreed investment.
Management of joint business objectives with other departments across agreed, defined service levels.
Identification and management of client-related risks in line with the department objectives.
Provide a monthly de-brief on client sentiments, key risks and bottlenecks identified and recommendations to the key account executives.
The candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a B2B relationship management / key account management role, preferably where the clients have been banks or financial services companies. Exposure to collections environment is a big advantage.
Candidate should have:
Strong administrative, stakeholder, and risk-management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
