Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Registration with SANC as an Registered Nurse
Previous work experience in a frail care facility and nurisng home will serve as an advantage.
Strong leadership skills.
Good verbal communication skills – must be bilingual (Proficient in Afrikaans and English).
Must be able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and work ethic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality holistic care for the elderly.
Accurate, meticulous reporting and record keeping.
Implementation and drafting of care plans.
Medication management and administration.
Personnel supervision and management.
Maintaining legislation, protocols and procedures.
