Regional Trainer (Limpopo) Jobs in Polokwane at vivo
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Identify training needs within the region by monitoring BA performance, sales data analysis, and regular consultation with business managers.
Liaise with management regarding new employee onboarding in the region.
Report weekly to management about all training affairs.
Plan and submit a monthly plan of training execution for the region.
Monitor the effectiveness of training and build improvement plans where required.
Conduct training online with Field Marketing team, external stakeholders, and dealers.
Present in-person engaging training, and prepare all materials needed for the sessions.
Design clear and concise training material for educating internal staff and external partners (PPT, video, PDF etc…)
Manage the training performance of RMs, FMEs & BAs through assessments and training audits.
Onboard & evaluate new Field Marketing staff in the region to ensure smooth induction into the business.
Meet with Stores, Dealers, Call Centres and Network partners to discuss products and the brand.
Plan & track the training schedule for each product launch.
Meet with internal staff to determine their training requirements or improvements needed for the month ahead.
Assist with managing the vCollege training participation in the region.
Audit training conducted by FMEs in the region.
Responsible for all training requirements for the region
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Teaching, Sales etc.)
Min 2-5 years as an FME
Min 2-3 years as a Trainer
At least 2 years as a Field Marketing Executive/ Regional
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Intermediate Excel Skills
Mobile Telecommunication Industry Knowledge
Creative Thinking
Content Creation
Must be well spoken and presented.
