Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service and Satisfaction: Handling customer complaints, improving CSI, conducting customer visits, providing solutions.
2. Business Development of Distributors: Enhancing the profitability of distributors, promoting after-sales marketing, optimizing customer experience.
3. Personnel and Standard Management: Conducting distributor personnel training and skill improvement; implementing brand service standards and core processes.
4. Parts and Workshop Management: Monitoring the purchase, sales and inventory of parts, reducing lost sales; analyzing workshop capacity, workstation utilization, and work hour efficiency, and guiding value-added sales and work order management.
5. Technology and Business Support: Providing technical guidance and business support to the distributor network, connecting the headquarters with distributors.
6. Daily Inspection and Evaluation: Visiting distributors monthly to monitor retail efficiency, cash sales ratio, staff utilization, warranty handling, parts performance, CSI, etc. indicators.
Qualifications:
Education: College degree or equivalent;
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the same position; 5 years of experience as a regional service manager; 7 years of experience as a workshop manager; Prior experience in automotive OEMs / retail after-sales services is preferred.
Skills: Customer relationship management, technical expertise, data analysis, business communication, attention to detail, multitasking.
Certificates: Technical or business-related qualifications; Valid driver's license.
Other: Willing to accept business trips, long-distance driving, and on-site work in the workshop.

Qualifications related to customer satisfaction and experience management
