We are currently recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. As the senior member of the sales team, you will take ownership of our Tier 1 public and private sector accounts, driving expansion of our solution portfolio and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in strengthening key relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with prospects and clients via phone, in-person meetings, and written communications.
Effectively position our range of products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Provide strategic, ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with our technology vendors and partner organisations to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Manage, develop and grow a team within SA territories, Developing, mentoring and strengthening
Be experienced and confident at working with senior level executives such as CEO, CTO, CIO, CISO, Security Officer and IT Directors, practicing SLIP
Bring hands-on-experience developing and executing multi-faceted initiatives, including joint messaging, webinars, content creation, field events, email campaigns, social media content and campaigns, web pages, and reference building

You:

Previous managerial experience of a team
Minimum of 5-8 years of cybersecurity sales experience selling into Major accounts
Sales experience with our product range (HP Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, SOC Services among others) is desirable
Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills to clients and partners
Very strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working independently as well as managing a team, where hard work is rewarded
National travel required, with international travel when necessary
